TJYL's main business is Pre-stressed concrete used steel products, High Speed Railway, Subway used concrete track plate, and Railway information equipments. TJYL was founded in 1978 in Hejian City Hebei Province, and start business in Tianjin since 1988. It has Natioanl Standard Technology Center, National Standard Lab, National Technology Innovation Enterprise certification.
TJYL is one of the biggest manufacture for Pre-stressed concrete steel materials, with strong technology research ability and leading position in the industry. TJYL has five production base for PC materials with capacity about six hundred thousand tons per year, with main products are PC wire, PC bar, PC strand, PC strand for nuclear power station, galvanized PC wire for stay cable bridge, galvanized PC strand, Unbounded PC strand, epoxy resin coating PC strand, PCCP wire, Hollow cable, High Speed Railway Track Plate use middle strength wire and cut length wire with threading. Silvery Dragon is one of the earliest company start exporting PC materials in China with most of international certifications. Silvery Dragon's products is widely used in construction of railway, water division project, highway, bridges, civilian building, industrial building, electricity transportation and pre-stressed concrete structure. It is one of the innovators of CRTSIII High Speed Railway Track Plate which with world leading technology, and its keep researching on Subway plate, Subway floating plate, Crossing plate, Subway plate for earthquake area and so on. TJYL Rail Co., Ltd has several sole proprietorship and joint venture track plate production based on such as Hejian, Anhui Huaibei, Liaoning Jianping, Wuhu, Henan Huaiyang and so on, with performance of XIAN-BAOJI, SHENYANG-DANDONG, ZHENGZHOU-XUZHOU , BEIJING-SHENYANG, SHANGQIU-HEFEI-HANGZHOU, ZHENGZHOU-HEFEI High Speed Railway project.
TJYL Railway Co., Ltd newly researched Subway track plate has been tested in Tianjin No.5, No.6 and Urumqi No.1 subway construction, with clear advantage than traditional direct concrete casting process which is reducing noise and replaceable. It expanded Silvery Dragon's development to subway construction area.
On April 2016, after review by China Railway Corporation, TJYL's CRSD-2025 automatic track plate production system was given “international advanced level, international initiative” judgment.
