The 20 High Sendzimir Mill imported from the United States, fully automatic shape controlling, can provide maximum guarantee for the shape, thickness and precision of stainless steel strip.
Continuous Bright Annealing Furnaces
The vertical annealing furnace imported from Japan, with full-line digital controlling system, and advanced sealing entrance design ensures the perfect quality of the surface of the stainless steel strip.
Tension Leveler
The tension leveling production line imported from France, with automatic flatness measurement and control system, can achieve the most ideal flatness effect of the flattened stainless steel strip.
Slitting Machine
Introduced 7 lengthways slitting line from Taiwan, mainly used to cut stainless steel precision strip with thickness of 0.05-1.0mm, width of 10-800mm, the slitting width accuracy can reach to +/-0.01mm.
Cut-To-Length Line
Introduced Cut-To-Length Line from Taiwan, with the function of cutting stainless steel during operation, the cutting thickness range is 0.01mm-1.0mm, with width of 200mm-800mm and the length of 200mm-2500mm with cutting length tolerance reaching + /-0.02mm.
Alkali Washing Machine
The high precision stainless steel strip surface high cleanliness alkaline washing units is equipped with special high-pressure cleaning equipment, and the entire line adopts a digital control system, with high production efficiency to ensure the production of high-cleanness surface stainless steel strip.
