On the afternoon of August 6, SHYS Construction Technology Group plans to invest in a new comprehensive production base for building energy-saving insulation and decoration materials.
The total investment budget of the project is 1.2 billion yuan, of which 800 million yuan is invested in the comprehensive manufacturing base project. The main construction contents include 2 million square meters of stone imitation flexible patch (CPST), 2 million square meters of thermal insulation decorative boards, and building thermal insulation materials. 200,000 cubic meters, 300,000 tons of functional water-based architectural coatings, 150,000 tons of putty mortar, 80,000 tons of calcined colored sand, and 30 million square meters of waterproof coils; the North China regional headquarters project invested 400 million yuan to build regional headquarters buildings, Science and technology research and development centers, key laboratories, etc.
After the comprehensive manufacturing base is completed and put into production, it is expected to realize sales income of 2 billion yuan and tax of not less than 80 million yuan. The regional headquarters project's operating income is 2.5 billion yuan. The project construction period is 24 months.
