PCD Wire Drawing Die Blanks
PCD wire drawing die blank is divided into two series: TDW and DW.
TDW series is tungsten carbide supported and DW series is non-supported (DWR for round and DWH for hexagon).
1.Tungsten carbide supported die blanks
TDW Series-It is drawing block supported by hard alloy ring, polycrystalline diamond and hard alloy ring bond tightly. It is supporting ring that enhances the strength of block. This series can bear high strength drawing.

2.DW Series Self-supported die blanks
It is non-support drawing block. There two types of round shape and hexagonal shape. This block is fit for all kinds of drawing application, and provides a lower cost way to fabricate dies from smaller to larger wire sizes.

PCD Tooling Blanks/Inserts
PCD options for different grades, polished or non-polished, whole disc or cut inserts, PCD / carbide thickness. It is used to machine wide range materials such as nonferrous metal, ceramic, rock, carbon fiber plastic, and etc.
