China leading UNS N08367 Super austenitic corrosion-resistant stainless steel resistant to chloride ion pitting and crevice corrosion manufacturer and supplier Hay:A02ZJYX

UNS N08367 super austenitic stainless steel material developed by China's leading stainless steel manufacturer ZJYX Stainless Steel Technology Group

Al-6XN (UNS N08367) is a super austenitic stainless steel with excellent resistance to chloride ion pitting and crevice corrosion. As a corrosion-resistant alloy with good cost performance, its comprehensive corrosion resistance is comparable to 316L A great leap, and its corrosion resistance is close to that of other corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys such as C-276, and the cost advantage is obvious. Because of the significant nitrogen component added to the alloy, the Al-6XN material has higher tensile strength than conventional austenitic stainless steels (such as 304, 316, 317, etc.), while maintaining excellent material toughness and impact strength.

The allowable stress value specified in the ASME standard, Al-6XN is 40% higher than 316L and nearly double that of copper-nickel alloy. Typical working conditions: 60% sulfuric acid, below 80℃, annual corrosion rate< 0.1mm

Application areas:

Equipment and systems for chemical containers and pipelines, marine oil and gas platforms, condensers in contact with seawater or crude oil, heat exchangers and pipeline systems, filter presses in the pulp bleaching process, storage tanks and pressure rollers, thermal power plants, steel mills, Petrochemical companies' flue gas desulfurization equipment (FGD), crude oil distillation towers and packing, desalination equipment and pumps, nuclear power plant servo water piping systems, transformer enclosures exposed to the marine environment, pharmaceutical equipment (for the purity of drugs), food production device.
