China Light Alloy Materials Technology Group successfully developed hot-rolled substrate structural grade zinc aluminum magnesium alloy Hay:A03HGTG

On April 19th, China HGTG Light Alloy Material Technology Group's first batch of 45 tons of S320GD + ZM hot-rolled substrate structural grade zinc aluminum magnesium alloy products with a thickness of 2.35mm and 2.5mm were developed for the photovoltaic industry. After inspection, All performance indicators are good. This marks that HGTG has become the first domestic company with the production capacity of hot-rolled substrate structural grade zinc aluminum magnesium alloy products. It also lays a solid foundation for the future expansion of ultra-thick zinc aluminum magnesium products to meet the broad needs of the photovoltaic industry under new infrastructure opportunities.

Zinc aluminum magnesium products have excellent corrosion resistance, incision self-healing properties, wear resistance and scratch resistance, and are the perfect substitutes for galvanized, stainless steel, zinc-iron alloy and other materials. Compared with cold-based products, the hot-based zinc aluminum magnesium that was successfully tested in this experiment is directly made of pickled hot-rolled sheets as raw materials, which can produce thicker products and its specifications can better meet the needs of the photovoltaic industry . Due to the reduction of cold rolling processes, the production process of hot-based products is shorter and the cost is lower, and the advantages of green energy saving and environmental protection are more obvious.

HGTG aims at the demand of a large number of potential consumer groups in the photovoltaic industry market for 2.0-4.0mm ultra-thick zinc-aluminum-magnesium products, as well as the strong profitability of zinc-aluminum-magnesium. The R & D team of the Group organizes experts in R & D, production and welding to carry out collaborative research. Through the feedback analysis of the results of a large number of cold and hot-based product welding and cupping tests, the key welding main parameter currents were determined. Optimize the conductivity of electrolysis and alkaline cleaning, improve the cleaning effect of high-roughness thermal-based pickling substrate surface, and effectively solve the problem of missing plating. Rematch the full line tension and formulate a special annealing system to ensure the mechanical properties of the product.

HGTG will rapidly promote the application of thermal-based zinc, aluminum and magnesium in the photovoltaic industry.
