Yiwei Lithium Energy announced on the evening of August 2 that the company signed a "Supply Contract" with Daimler AG ("Daimler"). From the date when the contract was signed to take effect until December 31, 2027, Yiwei provides the supply of spare parts.

The company`s lithium battery segment has grown rapidly, achieving operating income of 1.269 billion yuan in the first half of 2018, an increase of 219.60% compared with the same period of the previous year, becoming the largest business segment. During the reporting period, the company completed the construction of the first-stage power storage battery capacity, and formed the production capacity of four technical solutions including square lithium iron phosphate, ternary cylinder, ternary soft pack and ternary square. In the new energy vehicle commercial vehicle market, the company provides products and services to customers such as Nanjing Jinlong, Zhengzhou Yutong, and Geely Automobile, and its market position has steadily improved and entered the forefront of the industry.
