Carbon fiber wear-resistant parts, excellent performance to replace imported

In February this year, the carbon fiber wear-resistant sheet developed by SHSH was applied to acrylic spinning machinery and equipment, and passed the equipment high-speed rotation wear test. This is another successful application of carbon fiber composite materials in the industrial field after the advent of carbon fiber gears, and will break the passive situation in which wear-resistant parts rely on imports for a long time.

According to engineering and technical personnel, high-speed rotating industrial machinery and equipment have extremely strict requirements on the wear resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance of materials. In this field, imported materials have been used for a long time, but the problems of fast wear and short service life cannot always be effectively solved.

SHSH uses wear-resistant sheets based on carbon fiber reinforced polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin composite materials, processed by advanced granulation technology and extrusion molding process, and has excellent properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and self-lubrication. The service life can be increased by 3 to 4 times. After the wear-resistant sheet is applied to the company's acrylic equipment, it effectively reduces the tow damage in the production process, improves the production continuity, and ensures the quality of the acrylic tow.

Carbon fiber reinforcement technology, unique in the field of reinforcement

At the end of last year, SHSH carbon fiber reinforced materials were successfully used in the reconstruction and expansion project of Nanjing Airport for the first time.
