Today (December 20), Shenzhen Rongda Photosensitive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Rongda Photosensitive”) (stock code: 300576.SZ) is officially listed on the A-share market.
The prospectus shows that Rongda Photosensitivity, which was established in 1996, is principally engaged in the research and development, production and sales of electronic photochemical materials such as PCB photosensitive inks, photoresists and supporting chemicals, and special inks.
Rongda Photosensitive is a national high-tech enterprise, mastering key core technologies such as resin synthesis, photosensitizer synthesis, formula design and manufacturing during the production of PCB inks, photoresists and other electronic chemical products, and has 14 invention patents. The company's main products "Rongda" brand PCB photosensitive inks and photoresists are products independently developed by the company, which can be used in PCB, display, touch screen, precision metal processing and other fields.
The application fields of Rongda's photosensitive products are concentrated in the PCB industry. Its main customers include Wuxi Jianding, Aosikang, Yuehu Circuit, Chuanyi Company, Jinxiang Electronics and other well-known domestic PCB manufacturing companies. From 2013 to January to June 2016, the company's sales revenue to the PCB industry accounted for 97.41%, 95.47%, 94.77%, and 95.46% of its main business revenue, respectively.
After 20 years of development, Rongda Photosensitive has developed into one of the domestic PCB ink industry leaders with independent R & D and innovation capabilities.
The prospectus shows that from 2013 to 2015, Rongda Photo ’s operating income increased from 243,153,300 yuan to 276,978,400 yuan, and net profit increased from 2,356,600 yuan to 3,332,800 yuan, which has continued to grow in the past three years. The income was 142,605,500 yuan, and the net profit was 16,652,400 yuan.
Rongda Photographic Prospectus disclosed that according to Prismark (a professional consulting company in the US electronics industry, hereinafter referred to as "Prismark") forecast, the overall size of the global PCB industry in 2017 is expected to reach 65.654 billion US dollars. PCB will maintain a steady growth of a compound growth rate of 3.9%.
According to Prismark's forecast, the total annual output value of China's PCB output value in 2017 can reach 28.972 billion US dollars, accounting for 44.13% of the global share.
