Aero Engine Blade
WXTP serves the globally renowned aero engine companies. We provide fan blades, guide vanes, compressor blades (forgings and finished blades) and do finished turbine blade processing for aero engines.
Products are made of titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, aluminum alloys.
Be capable of manufacturing high quality forging, machining, special processes (shot peening, sand blasting, vibrating finishing, coating) and inspection for fan blades, guide vanes and compressor blades.
Be capable of manufacturing full-procedure manufacture after turbine blade casting (grinding, vacuum heat treatment, drilling, thermal barrier coating, vacuum brazing and inspection).
Aero Engine Structural Part
WXTP serves the globally renowned aero engine companies. We are capable of forging and machining aero engine structural components, and experienced in delivering engine mounts, half casing and spinners.
Products are made from high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys and special steels.
Be capable of manufacturing high quality forgings, machining and non-destructive testing for a wide range of heterogeneous structural parts up to 2 meters in length and no more than 500 kilograms in weight.
Aero Engine Shaft / Rotating Part
WXTP serves the globally renowned aero engine companies. We are capable of forging and processing aero engine shafts and rotating parts, and experienced in delivering fan discs, blisks, compressor discs, turbine discs, and short shafts.
Products are made of high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys and special steels.

AIRCRAFT STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
Aircraft Structural Components
With the suitable forging press and machining capabilities, we also have the forging and roughing capabilities of aircraft structural components, and have already delivered these parts to civil aviation OEMs and domestic aircraft customers for nearly 10 years.
Current delivery experience includes engine mount, frame, rocker arm, plug-in connector, link, landing gear etc.
Material cover super alloys, titanium alloys, aluminum alloy and special steels.
We have the forging and roughing capabilities of various shaped structural parts with a length of no more than 2 meters and a weight of no more than 500 kg.
We have the ability to rough machining the forgings and ultrasonic test rough machining parts, so that we will provide customers with parts that can be directly finish machined.
STEAM TURBINE BLADES & VANES
Nuclear Power Steam Turbine Blade / Thermal Power Steam Turbine Blade
WXTP fulfills the customized requirements of the globally renowned manufacturers. We manufacture low pressure large sized blades, middle and low pressure medium and small sized blades. WTB is capable to supply both finished blades and envelop forgings blades for large-capacity and high-performance ultra -supercritical thermal power steam turbines and nuclear power steam turbines.
The length of manufactured steam turbine blades is in the range of 30mm-2300mm.

Products are used for heavy-duty gas turbines such as E-class, F-class, H-class and HL-class, as well as light-duty and medium-duty gas turbines.
