SHXM will build Asia's most advanced production line of semiconductor perfluorinated sealing products to realize the localization of all categories of semiconductor perfluorinated sealing products for customers in the semiconductor and LCD panel industries
The company strives to achieve an annual output value of 300 million yuan within five years to achieve the goal of localizing more than 70% of semiconductor perfluorinated sealing rings, and will further expand the product sales market to cover the needs of perfluorinated sealing products in aerospace, oilfield and other industries .
Perfluorinated seal ring is one of the five main consumables required for the production of integrated circuits. There is also China’s first full-process domestic production line. Ultra-clean, high temperature resistant, strong corrosion resistant perfluorinated seal products have been delivered since August last year Customers use and gradually integrate into the supply chain of the integrated circuit industry.
