HBSH Precision Forging Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of steel forgings and non-ferrous metal forgings using die forging technology. It integrates die design and manufacturing, forging, heat treatment, machining and assembly. Currently, it is a manufacturer of large and medium-sized heavy-duty automobile steering knuckles, a high-tech enterprise, a member of the China Forging Association, a member of the National Forging Standardization Technical Committee, and a member of the China Lightweight Material Forming Technology and Equipment Industry Technology Innovation Alliance. In 2015, the company was successfully selected into the Intelligent Manufacturing Special Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China for the "New Model of Intelligent Manufacturing of Automobile Complex Forgings" project. The project was completed and put into production in December 2017 and passed the acceptance of the expert group.
The company currently owns 17 intelligent forging production lines represented by 8000T and 6300T electric screw press machines imported from Germany, 15 HT production lines centered by controllable atmosphere mesh belt type HT furnace, 27 machining lines imported from Germany, Japan, South Korea and 19 tooling manufacturing lines. With the capacity of 100,000 tons forgings annual output and main product 3000,000 pcs auto steering knuckles, the annual sales and production can be 1.2 billion. In terms of R & D, the company has product development simulation software such as solidworks, NX 3Dmodel, DEFORM and AFDEX forging finite element analysis. In order to strictly control product quality, take eddy current hardness and crack inspection system and CMM as centered. The company also has passed certificate of IATF 16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and Deutsche Bahn. The company works out strategic development direction of "adjust structure, up to le vel, internationalization, insist on creation and green development ". Now about 2000 kinds of product cover heavy, medium and light duty trucks, bus and passenger car, especially steering knuckle, arm and flange.
The company now has established strategic cooperative partnership with Hande Axle, Fangsheng Axle, Jianghuai Auto, China Southern Locomotive more than 20 domestic main engine plants. Meanwhile, the company focuses on implementing internationalization strategy, now we have successfully supplied safety parts to Daimler Benz, and the parts also export to the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, South Korea, India and Mexico.
