It is necessary to optimize the working method, give play to the role of the platform, and gather all parties to work together to solve the technical problems of the carbon fiber industry. It is necessary to clarify work tasks, adhere to the work itemization, project inventory, and accountability, and promote the carbon fiber industry projects to be included in provincial and national project lists.
As the place where the alliance was established, Weihai has the 21st national carbon fiber industry measurement and testing center approved in Shandong and the second in Shandong Province. In the next step, Weihai City will establish and improve four systems of measurement and testing capabilities, measurement technology innovation, measurement talent team, and center management to create an internationally advanced and domestic first-class measurement technology public service platform.
