Based on years of rubber technology development, BJHG’s project team has thoroughly studied the essential characteristics of 5G high-frequency copper clad laminate cross-linking and curing matrix materials. Starting from innovative structural regulators, they have developed a new mild anionic polymerization process; through molecular design In theory, the quantitative relationship between the length of the molecular chain and the dynamic viscosity of the liquid rubber is constructed, and the liquid rubber product with good processing performance is designed, and the precise regulation of the “gene fragments” and different “gene fragments” of the liquid rubber under the condition of close to normal temperature is realized. Controllable distribution.


The project team systematically studied the structure-activity relationship between the microstructure of liquid rubber and the performance of copper clad laminates, revealed the internal correlation between the molecular structure of rubber and the mechanical properties, dielectric properties, and heat resistance of copper clad laminates, and refined the microscopic "gene fragments" of liquid rubber. Structure, sequence distribution of different "gene fragments" and related technologies, comprehensively improve the dielectric properties, heat resistance and mechanical properties of the products.

In addition, the project team also combined the polymerization process to tailor a high-efficiency product purification process to overcome the key technical problems of low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss of liquid rubber for 5G high-frequency communication, and to achieve the complete content of metal ions in the liquid rubber.
