Monocrystalline blades are the key hot end components of advanced aero engines, and the manufacturing quality of the blades directly determines the overall performance of the engine. However, it is difficult to control the moldability and single crystal integrity of hollow single crystal blades with complex structures, and the overall pass rate is low. In response to this problem, the casting superalloy group has carried out a series of research work in recent years, revealing the formation mechanism of single crystal solidification defects, breaking through the defect control bottleneck of single crystal blade directional solidification, using self-developed directional solidification equipment to master The whole process preparation technology of high-quality complex structure hollow single crystal blade castings has been established, and a complete single crystal blade development and production platform has been built. It has the development and delivery capabilities of various complex structure hollow blade casting blanks and finished products.
The successful completion of the batch production of single crystal blades provided valuable experience for the subsequent batch production of similar parts.
