The JSZF carbon core company covers an area of 568 acres. It uses advanced domestic pultrusion production equipment and imported testing equipment. It has 56 composite pultrusion production lines. The total planned annual production capacity of carbon fiber composite core conductors and various overhead conductors is 200,000 kilometers. The carbon fiber composite core wire produced has a cross section from 150 square millimeters to 1250 square millimeters and can be used in transmission lines with voltage levels from 35 kV to 1000 kV. In November 2013, the largest cross-section JRX / T-630 carbon fiber composite core wire produced by JSZF carbon core in China was powered on the Nanjing Donggao Line.
In March 2014, the JLNHX1 / F1B-400 / 50 carbon fiber composite core wire produced by JSZF carbon core was successfully hung on the Nanjing Yangtze River large-span line with a maximum span of 1107 meters. This is the longest spanning project of carbon fiber composite core wire in China.
In October 2014, JSZF Carbon Core Cable Co., Ltd. developed three new energy-saving conductors of medium-strength aluminum alloy stranded wire, aluminum alloy cored aluminum stranded wire, and steel core high-conductivity aluminum stranded wire and 1250 large-section steel cored aluminum stranded wire products. Successfully passed the product appraisal organized by CEC.
In 2014, the composite pultruded products produced by JSZF carbon core were exported to the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
