Product Structure
Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) is a kind of high-pressure plastic composite pipe. The product is composed of three layers, the outer layer can be selected as white (lay UV protection on the ground) or black (lay buried); the middle layer is a reinforced belt composed of reinforced materials, and the reinforced materials can be aramid fiber or polyester fiber Or glass fiber; the inner tube is made of polyolefin. Pipeline connection can use metal crimping joint, reinforced electrofusion sleeve or self-flanging joint, etc. The applicable temperature range is -42 ℃ ～ 135 ℃, and the maximum operating pressure can reach 32MPa. Through structural improvement RTP pipe can add tensile layer, install counterweight, etc. for subsea pipeline (Subsea Flowline) and static riser (Static Riser).
