On April 26, China's ultra-high purity metal target manufacturer NBJF Electronic Materials Technology Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new production base.
The project plans to invest 500 million yuan to build a research and development and production base for ultra-high storage materials and sputtering targets for integrated circuits, flat panel displays and solar energy. The project will annually produce 800 tons of ultra-high purity metal materials for electronic thin films.
In October 2019, the NBJF Technology Announcement stated that, based on the company's strategic development plan, in order to build an ultra-high-purity refractory metal powder and alloy material preparation base, protect the company's refractory metal raw material supply, and enhance the company's competitiveness, the company plans to invest Production base.
