The product has successfully passed the third-party physical performance testing and evaluation, and all performance indicators are in line with international standards and design requirements, filling the gap of large-diameter N80 and above steel-grade welded surface casing products in China's oil exploration field.
In recent years, with the continuous increase in the development of China's oil and gas resources, the demand for medium-diameter high-steel surface casing of N80 and above has increased year by year. In order to further meet the needs of the oil and gas field market, SXYG has developed a 244.48 mm diameter, N80 steel grade medium and large diameter welded surface casing based on the upgrading and transformation of the oil casing heat treatment line, which has significantly improved the overall performance of the straight seam steel pipe weld seam and toughness.
