In September, HNLH New Material Technology Co., Ltd. completed the first production line of ultra-high purity quartz sand in September this year. The project plans a total investment of 320 million yuan, which will be constructed in three phases:
The first phase of the project covers an area of 15 acres. Construction has begun in June 2018. It mainly produces ultra-high purity quartz sand. The first production line was completed and put into operation in September, and the remaining production lines will be completed and put into operation at the end of January 2019.
The second-phase project plans to invest 115 million yuan with a planned land area of 30 acres to build a quartz gadolinium production line. The project will start in October 2019 and be completed and put into production in September 2020.
The third-phase project plans to invest 150 million yuan to newly build ultra-high-purity electronic grade ultra-fine silicon micronized silicon dioxide production lines and quartz crucible production lines for integrated circuits. The project is planned to be completed in 2022, with an estimated annual output value of 1 billion yuan.
