On December 4, SHLG Composites Technology Group announced that the company has newly introduced a non-woven fabric slitting machine production line for slitting wide airfelt. The equipment adopts microcomputer control, with automatic deviation correction, automatic counting, automatic shutdown when reaching the preset number of meters, tension controller and other configurations. At the same time, it has the advantages of mechanical and electronic integration, high precision, and uniform winding.
The air felt has a uniform tension during the slitting process. The cutting knife is made of tungsten steel. The air felt is trimmed neatly without burrs, and its width error can be controlled within ±1mm.
