The engineering designer Wison Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. and valve manufacturer SCXD Valve Technology Corporation held a kickoff meeting for the Wanhua Chemical 1.2 million ton/year ethylene plant axial flow check valve project.
On March 7, 2023, SCXD won the bid for the Wanhua Chemical 1.2 million ton/year ethylene plant axial flow check valve project. This is the 8th set of million ton ethylene axial flow check valves awarded by SCXD after winning the bid for projects such as Gulei Petrochemical and Tianjin Petrochemical.
After 23 years of continuous research and development, the axial flow check valve has achieved multiple key technological breakthroughs. Since 2013, it has achieved import substitution in key operating conditions such as long-distance pipelines, LNG, and large ethylene plants, and has achieved anti overflow in key performance such as flow control.
In the fiercely competitive global bidding process, SCXD won the bid with outstanding technical and business advantages.
The award of this standard by Wanhua Chemical to SCXD once again proves the maturity and reliability of its ethylene check valve.
