This advanced production plant for high temperature resistant alumina continuous fiber is one of the few commercial production bases of high-performance alumina continuous fiber in China.
Alumina continuous fiber is an internationally recognized new generation of main material for high temperature resistant hot end components. This material has the characteristics of high melting point, low thermal conductivity, good insulation and strong chemical resistance. It has unique advantages in preparing ablation resistant and thermal insulation composites, and is suitable for high-end fields such as aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, thermoelectricity, petrochemical, semiconductor, automobile and high-temperature furnace, But it is also the only high-performance fiber material that failed to achieve a breakthrough in stable mass production in China.
