According to SJZH, China’s new energy sector is developing rapidly, and the downstream demand for passive components such as aluminum electrolytic capacitors and high-performance aluminum alloys is strong. The company's production and operation has brought certain opportunities. In the first half of the year, the company actively expanded its production capacity and continued to adjust its product structure. Through technological transformation and process improvement, the company improved its current electrode foil, electronic aluminum foil, and high-purity aluminum production line capabilities to meet market demand. The company's sales volume of electrode foil, electronic aluminum foil, and alloy products were 13.169,500 square meters, 9,800 tons, and 37,400 tons, respectively. The sales volume increased by 113.14%, 18.44%, and 55.94% year-on-year, respectively.
At the same time, the company continues to promote product research and development, cost control, quality improvement, and mass production of new products, independently develops 40 scientific and technological projects, and completes the development and life testing of ultra-high voltage anode foil products for 5G capacitors; further expands the company’s products Applications in the aerospace, new energy and other market areas, research and development of products such as high-strength and high-toughness aluminum alloy products in aerospace, ultra-high-purity aluminum sputtering target substrates for flat-panel displays and semiconductor chips, aluminum-based bonding wire bus bars, etc. And market sales have achieved certain results.
At present, the "Three-layer high-purity aluminum purification and supporting processing project with an annual output of 15,000 tons" and the "500 tons of ultra-high-purity aluminum-based sputtering target blank project with an annual output of 500 tons" are under construction.
