The drawing operation rate has reached an advanced level of 98%, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, providing effective technical support for the design, installation and commissioning of basalt fiber large tank kilns above 10,000 tons.

At present, the SCQY basalt continuous fiber tank kiln production line has "breakthroughs" in a number of key technologies, which have solved the long-term problem of the development of China's basalt fiber industry, and realized the homogenization, tank kilnization, standardization, intelligentization and greenness of basalt continuous fiber. Chemical and serialized production has pushed the basalt continuous fiber industry to a new milestone.
