On the morning of August 25, 2022, in the digital workshop for blade processing of SCDF Turbine Technology Corporation, with the one-key start, a series of intelligent equipment such as AGV trolleys, robots, and CNC machining centers are running intelligently under the drive of data, marking the first time in China. One blade processing unmanned workshop and the first black light production line were officially put into operation.
24 hours of unattended continuous processing, millisecond-level precise positioning, intelligent material feeding within 40 seconds, processing accuracy of 0.03 mm, quality pass rate of 99%, and per capita efficiency increased by 650%… Amazing data is being collected in this workshop. Since the start of construction in December 2021, it took SCDF only 8 months to fully build this super smart factory, realizing the deep integration of new generation information technology and advanced manufacturing technology. The compressor blade production line in the unmanned workshop is currently the only and world-leading black light production line for blade processing in China. Advanced digital technologies such as 5G, industrial Internet, digital twin, and machine vision are widely used here. After the completion of the project, the number of employees in the entire production line has been reduced from 40 to 8, the equipment utilization rate has reached 90%, and the energy utilization rate has increased by 47%.
It is reported that in this super smart factory, many "Chinese cores" of great powers have been manufactured and processed. "Heavy-duty gas turbines are known as the 'jewel in the crown' of the equipment manufacturing industry. The compressor blade is the most critical core component. The black light production line, also known as the smart production line, can run fully automatically without human intervention. "The blade black light production line includes an F-class black light production line and a J-type black light production line. It uses data-driven intelligent logistics and distribution, robot collaboration, adaptive processing, and online detection to realize a new mode of production line cluster digital control. The person in charge introduced that the blades produced by it are widely used in F-class and J-type heavy-duty gas turbines, especially the machining accuracy of J-type black light production line gas turbine blades directly increased to 0.03 mm, reaching the world's top level.
The compressor blades of China's first F-class 50 MW heavy-duty gas turbine G50 commercial aircraft developed by SCDF have been processed with high precision in the black lamp production line, breaking the foreign technology monopoly.
