China’s first FB2 martensitic heat-resistant steel rotor forging for 1000MW ultra supercritical unit successfully passed the acceptance Hay:T03ZGEZ

Recently, the first domestic 1000MW ultra supercritical unit FB2 material rotor forging developed by China's leading large forging manufacturer, ZGEZ Heavy Forging Technology Corporation, successfully passed the owner's acceptance, and the overall performance index reached the international advanced level.

This product is used in 1000MW ultra supercritical unit project.

The successful development of FB2 martensitic heat-resistant steel rotor forgings has broken through the "choke" technical problem abroad, providing strong support for improving the autonomous and controllable ability of major energy equipment such as ultra supercritical units, and ensuring the safety of the national energy equipment industry chain and supply chain.

FB2 martensitic heat-resistant steel is an advanced material used in steam turbines of ultra supercritical units at present. It is the key to the iterative upgrading of unit operating parameters from 600 ℃ to 620 ℃, which can ensure higher thermal efficiency and lower energy consumption of the unit.

With more than 60 years of technological innovation and accumulation, ZGEZ relies on the extreme manufacturing advantages of high-end heavy equipment, and after 12 years of research and development, through a series of theoretical research and test work, it has broken many key core technical barriers, fully mastered the manufacturing technology of FB2 martensite heat-resistant steel rotor for 620 ℃ ultra supercritical units, and all performance indicators have reached the world's advanced level.
