China’s first high-purity titanium oral stent dual laser metal 3D printer is launched

The 22nd China International Dental Equipment Exhibition opened on October 31, 2018. At the exhibition site, China's first pure titanium dental stent dual laser metal 3D printer developed by Nanjing Qianzhi Technology was launched.

With the emphasis on oral health and the aging of China, the Chinese denture industry is undergoing new industrial upgrades. 3D printing technology is an important driving force for the digitalization of the oral and denture industry, which can meet more clinical needs. From the perspective of Antarctic Bear, metal 3D printing is likely to become the mainstream mainstream stent manufacturing solution in the future.

Nanjing qianzhi showed two devices: one is mainly for printing cobalt-chromium alloy, and the other is mainly for printing titanium alloy and cobalt-chromium alloy.

Nanjing Qianzhi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional comprehensive solution provider for 3D printing. The company was founded in September 2014, and is located at No. 12 Dongzhou Road, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China. In 2017, it was named "National High-tech Enterprise".

Nanjing qianzhi mainly researches and develops high-end equipment and provides digital consulting and training services based on customer needs. At present, it mainly targets the oral and denture fields. It has independently developed a variety of metal 3D printers and has achieved a number of "firsts" in China in the field of dentures: China's first dual-laser metal 3D printer supporting mass production of crown bridges and movable supports, China's first metal 3D printing software for dental, China's first metal implant guide, etc.

Let's take a look at the rich application cases demonstrated by Nanjing Qianzhi at the scene.

Crowns and bridges printed in metal. There are two main materials available for printing crowns: titanium alloy and cobalt chromium alloy. Relatively speaking, titanium alloy crowns are more comfortable and the cost is naturally higher.

According to on-site staff exchanges, 70 crowns can be completed in 3 to 4 hours, and 150 crowns can be completed in 5 to 6 hours. If it is a large-sized device, about 900 crowns can be produced in a day.

Mobile stand. Made of titanium alloy material. According to the self-developed technology of Nanjing Zhizhi, 48 large movable brackets can be printed as fast as one day.

Planting guides. This is a relatively high-end product. Qianzhi Technology is familiar with all aspects of oral digitization, and can provide consultant guidance and course training in digital design

During the exchange, Antarctic Bear learned that in 2017, a denture company in Zhengzhou, Henan, was satisfied with the purchase of the Tr150 previously known in Nanjing, and bought another one, and added a third one in 2018. Previously, they used German equipment.

A Shanghai denture company tried German equipment and Tr150 several times and found that the feedback technology and printing efficiency of the previous technology were better than those of German brands.

Qianzhi Technology is very advanced in the field of metal 3D printing. The founder, Mr. Tang Bao, has 10 years of work experience, is responsible for building a team of 50 experts and serving as CEO, and can be said to have rich industry experience. In the future, we expect companies like Qianzhi Technology to bring more cutting-edge R & D results and new products, continue to lead the trend of 3D printing, and truly create value for customers.
