On November 17, JSDL built a new production line with an annual output of 4.5 million tons of 2550mm hot-rolled stainless steel plate, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. It is equipped with 3 new walking beam heating furnaces with a rated output of 325t/h, using natural gas as fuel. After the project is completed, it will become the world's largest stainless steel production line and the widest stainless steel hot rolling project in the industry. The supporting construction of the three walking beam heating furnaces will also become the largest output and widest stainless steel hot rolling furnace in the industry.
On December 3, JSDL announced its new high-alloy steel bar production line, with an investment of 800 million yuan in the first phase, and an annual output of 800,000 tons of high-alloy steel bar production line. The production line for high-alloy steel bars has been in trial production at the end of May this year, with high automation and domestic production equipment. Take the lead and realize commercial production in July. At present, the daily output is 2,300-2400 tons, and the cumulative output has reached 210,000 tons.
