Have long-term technical reserves
SDZF began to jointly develop high-performance aramid products with the research team of Tsinghua University since 2011,At the end of 2015, the "Aramid 1414 Fiber Engineering Technology Development" project that the two parties cooperated passed the national scientific and technological achievement appraisal.
For a long time, only a few companies in the United States, Japan and other countries have the production technology of aramid 1414, so that the ability to produce aramid 1414 has become one of the symbols of a country's strength to some extent. It is precisely because of its unique role in aerospace and national defense that foreign countries have long imposed technical blockades on China, restricting China's application and development in related fields.
The production capacity of 3000 tons/year/single thread at the polymerization stage of aramid 1414 has been realized abroad, which can greatly reduce the direct manufacturing cost of aramid fiber. China's current level is still 1,000 tons/year/single line. The improvement of the single line level and the localization of imported equipment can also reduce the investment in fixed assets in the early stage.
SDZF has been catching up. At present, SDZF not only has domestic patents in China, but also applied for patents in Europe, America and Japan. SDZF currently has 35 core patents.
In addition, SDZF also owns its own equipment company, and is actively developing a complete set of equipment suitable for aramid and other special fibers in China. At present, many innovative equipments have been developed, such as washing and drying high temperature rollers, counter/L-type second-order multi-shaft screw stepping reactors, etc., and a new type of 3000 tons/year/single line device has been tested and developed.
