The planned total investment of the 5000-ton aramid project is 1.253 billion yuan, which is an important support project for ZHGJ to invest 3.78 billion yuan in the YZ Chemical Park to build ZHGJ high-strength protective new material series projects. It is also an important part of ZHGJ's efforts to build a high-performance chemical new material industry sector. component.
At present, the 5,000-ton para-aramid project has completed the relevant administrative approval and started civil construction. The civil construction will be delivered and installed in September, and it is expected to be put into operation in April 2020. At that time, it will fill the domestic gap, break the market monopoly of DuPont and Teijin, and become the first domestic and third-largest para-aramid producer and supplier with independent intellectual property rights in the world.
