In 2018, HBHT Company's new high-strength and toughness aluminum-magnesium alloy chassis lightweight project for new vehicles and new energy vehicles. The project covers an area of ​​104 acres, with a total investment of 600 million yuan. It will build an aluminum-magnesium alloy lightweight chassis component research and development center, digital production plant and supporting infrastructure, and build 7 new automated low-pressure casting production lines, 2 automated gravity casting production lines, and supporting machining lines. , Purchase of equipment for experiments and testing.

After the project is completed, it will mainly produce high-strength and toughness aluminum-magnesium alloy castings for new energy vehicles. Compared with traditional castings, it has features such as light weight and strong structure, high product technology content, and directly supplies the world's first electric vehicle brand Tesla. The project started on August 20 last year and took only about four months. The factory has begun to take shape.

It is estimated that after the project is completed and put into operation in February this year, it can produce 16,000 tons of aluminum-magnesium alloy chassis lightweight castings annually, and realize an annual sales income of 600 million yuan and a tax of 78 million yuan. It will further accelerate the closure of the entire new energy industry chain in the region and lead the new energy vehicle industry to a new level.
