The project "Nitride Semiconductor Large Mismatched Hetero-Epitaxial Technology" completed by GDDG was awarded the second prize of the 2018 National Technology Invention Award. Focusing on the development and industrialization of new material technologies for third-generation semiconductors, the main products are patterned substrates for 2-6 inches GaN-LED devices. At present, it has become China's largest supplier of sapphire patterned substrates, and its products cover most of the LED epitaxial chip manufacturers in the industry.
