The titanium alloy powder developed by HEHY contains titanium, aluminum, zirconium, tin, molybdenum, niobium and silicon components and is named TA32 alloy.

HEHY uses cold crucible vacuum induction melting and air atomization technology (VIGA-CC) to prepare this powder. After testing, the powder prepared in this way has High purity, high sphericity, fluidity and bulk density are very suitable for metal 3D printing, and TA32 still exhibits excellent tensile strength, toughness and plasticity at high temperatures. Through the "parameter editor" software of the metal laser sintering equipment, the processing parameters can be customized in the material development, and a large number of sintering tests can be performed by adjusting the laser energy density, thus greatly shortening the material development cycle. The metallographic analysis of the sintered parts of TA32 shows that the grains are small and there are no cracks, holes and other defects.
