In addition, the company has also passed the Boeing system certification and DPD certification, and provides tens of thousands of tons of aluminum materials to international civil aviation manufacturers such as Boeing and Airbus.
ZGLY has passed the Nadcap certification of aviation material quality system and special process, and provided multiple batches of aluminum alloy plates, forgings and profiles for civil aircraft projects to carry out performance testing and process verification of mature aluminum alloy materials.
At present, ZGLY has provided dozens of aluminum alloy materials for C919, which are mainly used in wings, structural parts, window frames, landing gear and other parts, which are the key structural parts of aircraft. Realize bulk supply to COMAC, and a number of technologies fill the gap in China.

On April 11, 2018, COMAC issued the 7050 thick plate project approval certificate to ZGLY, marking that the 7050 aluminum alloy pre-stretched thick plate developed by ZGLY officially passed the China Civil Aviation Airworthiness Appraisal and was authorized by COMAC to enter the C919 aircraft qualified product catalog, becoming the first qualified supplier of aluminum materials for domestic civil aircraft in China.
