Recently, GSJG Aluminum Technology Group successfully realized the mass production of 2100mm ultra-wide cast-rolled aluminum plates. This is the first time that GSJG has successfully rolled extreme specification ultra-wide cast-rolled aluminum products, adding high-quality products to the high-end aluminum processing market.
Because of its comprehensive advantages such as light weight, environmental protection, and good corrosion resistance, the ultra-wide cast-rolled aluminum sheet is widely used in construction fields such as airports, high-speed railway stations, stadiums, and exhibition centers. At present, most of the ultra-wide cast-rolled aluminum plates produced in China are made of semi-continuous ingots, which are made by hot-rolled billet and cold-rolled, with complex process procedures and high costs.
GSJG adopts a unique green short-flow cast-rolled aluminum processing production process, which can eliminate the remelting process, save energy and reduce secondary burning loss, and has the huge cost advantage of short production cycle and low energy consumption. However, the casting-rolling process is difficult to produce and the quality requirements are strict. At present, the ultra-wide cast-rolled aluminum plate has achieved stable mass production, with a total of 1352 tons of finished products, which are sent to customers and have good feedback after use.
