High-end mirror aluminum plates for automobiles are mainly used in decorative fields such as car logos, lamp reflectors, instrument panels, etc. The production cost is only one third of stainless steel materials, and the market prospect is very broad. In the past, the world's high-end mirror aluminum plates were produced by three manufacturers: Sumitomo of Japan, Anal of Germany, and Austrian Austria. After the transformation, the equipment runs stably, the production speed of high-grade mirror aluminum for automobiles is increased from 15 meters/minute to 20 meters/minute, and the output of a single shift is increased from 3 tons to more than 4 tons. After testing, the surface gloss, ductility, reflectivity and other quality and technical indicators of mirror aluminum plate products all meet customer requirements.
