On November 3, China`s leading optical film technology company, ZJJM, issued an announcement that the company plans to build a new production plant in the AJ Economic and Technological Development Zone, adding a BOPET film (optical grade polyester film) production line and CPP (cast polypropylene) Film) protective film production line.
After the overall project reaches production capacity, it will have an annual production capacity of 36,000 tons of optical-grade BOPET film and 6,000 tons of CPP protective film. Among them, after the first phase of the project reaches production capacity, it will have an annual production capacity of 18,000 tons of optical-grade BOPET film and 3,000 tons of CPP protective film. The total planned investment of the first phase of the project is 600.91 million yuan, and it is estimated that the convertible bonds will be used to raise 450 million yuan. The shortfall will be resolved by the company with its own funds or through other financing methods.
