The company`s initial public offering of shares was 2.5 million shares, accounting for 25.00% of the total share capital after the issuance. The issue price was RMB 26.93 and the funds raised were approximately RMB 670 million. The funds raised this time will be used for projects such as the annual production increase of 16 million square meters of IXPE automation technology, the annual production of 100 million square meters of IXPE production expansion, the construction of R&D centers, the construction of intelligent storage centers, and the supplement of working capital.
