In 2019 alone, Hiway Huaxin has continuously completed the development of a number of technical processes, including the development of the 0.15 micron gallium arsenide process. This product is the company’s first 5G millimeter wave commercial process. It currently holds 249 patents. Half of them are invention patents. And for the first time in 2019, a breakthrough in chip orders from tens of millions to hundreds of millions was achieved, and the order situation maintained a growth trend.
