China’s leading lithium battery separator technology company supplies 7 micron lithium battery separator products for CATL Hay:N02ZCKJ

A few days ago, ZCKJ Diaphragm Technology Group stated in Hay Think's survey that lithium battery diaphragms are the company's key investment and cultivation industry in the next few years. The company’s current lithium battery separator business has two production bases. This year, especially since the second half of the year, the 7-micron lithium film products provided to CATL by ZCKJ will be exclusively supplied by ZCKJ for a long time.

Regarding the industrial layout, ZCKJ has a production capacity of nearly 400 million square meters currently under commissioning. By the end of next year, the production capacity can reach about 1.6 billion square meters, and hopes to achieve a shipment of about 1 billion square meters.

Regarding the future development trend of the diaphragm field, ZCKJ said that from the previous 16 micrometers to 12 micrometers, and then to 9 micrometers to 7 micrometers, it has been developing like this in the past. The thinning of the diaphragm should still be a trend in the future, but it is impossible to proceed indefinitely. .

In terms of customers, ZCKJ has now entered the supply system of mainstream Chinese battery manufacturers such as CATL, ATL, Guoxuan [Volkswagen China Lithium Battery Joint Venture] Yiwei Lithium.

Industry analysis believes that ZCKJ lithium battery diaphragm adopts the wet synchronous + asynchronous technology route. After the acquisition of HNZL, the company has both wet synchronous + asynchronous production capacity and adopts an integrated two-wing model to achieve a closed loop from equipment technology to product technology to manufacturing and sales. Comprehensive competitiveness has been greatly improved.
