Products
Carbon Fiber
ZGFC is China's biggest PAN-based carbon fiber and precursor producer, famous for technological strength both in synthetic organic chemistry, polymer chemistry and chemical fiber production equipment. The company developed its own PAN-based carbon fiber and precursor production equipment. A kilo-ton level T300/T700 class carbon production line, fed with its own precursor has run into operation, providing the market with 3,000 tons carbon fiber of stable performance.
Aluminum Conductor Composite Core (ACCC)
ACCC is a new-type material for electric cable which develops very fast currently. It effectively decreases the floor areas of towers supporting the lines and enhances the current-carrying capacitance. That ACCC can operate under relatively high temperatures solved the problem of transmission difficulty under severe weather conditions. China Composites Group Corporation Ltd., making the most of its own advantages on research and development, endeavors to develop and broaden its ACCC business. The company now with independent intellectual propriety right of ACCC has industrialized its products. Thousands of miles aluminum conductor composite cores will come into being in the coming years.
Glass Fiber Veils
ZGFC has two world-class fiberglass mat production lines and possesses the patent of production methodology. The annual production capacity reaches 200 million square meters. Not only the production capacity but also output and quality are all ranked the first in China. Around 100 types of mat in 8 series are exported to Europe, America, West Asia, Southeast Asia, and Middle East.
