Photoresist technology has been included in the list of 35 "bottleneck" technical problems by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and is a key core technology that the state strongly supports to tackle key problems. Photosensitive dry film photoresist is an indispensable core material in the PCB (printed circuit board) manufacturing process, and its main function is to transfer images (similar to photographic negatives).
Before 2005, China did not have a high-resolution photosensitive dry film manufacturer for PCBs, and all photosensitive dry films relied on imports from the United States, Japan and other countries. These countries have strict technology blockades, and China's photosensitive dry film research and development can only take the road of independent innovation.
Since 2001, HNWJ has focused on the research and development and production of photosensitive dry film. It has invested hundreds of millions of yuan in scientific research funds and eliminated 4 production lines. After countless failures, HNWJ finally solved the production technical problem in 2006 and made the first roll of photosensitive dry film. Successfully rolled off the assembly line, filling the gap in the Chinese market. However, core materials such as PE protective film and PET film are still under control, and have to be imported at high prices to maintain production.
In order to change this passive situation, HNWJ has successfully developed core materials such as PE protective film and PET film in cooperation with China's top universities and research institutes, which completely broke the monopoly of foreign photosensitive dry film technology and better solved technical problems.
In 2020, HNWJ has built the world's largest photosensitive dry film intelligent monomer manufacturing plant, and has become a national high-tech enterprise, becoming a national information industry technology upgrade demonstration project.
In the past 20 years, HNWJ has successfully developed more than 30 models of photosensitive dry films such as multiple series, HD laser direct imaging, etc., and obtained more than 30 patented technologies and a number of exclusive secret technologies. Many of the top ten global PCB companies have provided products and services.
