SXXD Insulation Materials Technology Corporation is one of the 156 national key projects aided by the former Soviet Union. It has become a world-leading large-scale technology enterprise in the field of electrical insulation materials.
The company mainly develops and produces high-performance phenolic paper laminates, copper-clad laminates, insulating paint resins, mica, composite materials, vacuum dipping, vacuum casting, and rolled winding products with more than 150 varieties of high-performance insulating materials in eight categories. For many years, it has been responsible for the research and development and production of supporting insulation materials in key fields such as China's military industry, aerospace, large-scale power generation, high-voltage (UHV) transmission and transformation, high-speed rail, and meteorological intervention. The products enjoy a high reputation in the Chinese and international markets.
SXXD has more than 50 years of high-performance insulating material R&D and manufacturing experience and professional technology accumulation. The company has been designated as the quality supervision and inspection center for electrical insulation products in Northwest China, and is responsible for the revision and implementation of national industry standards. Through the "high-tech enterprise" certification, 13 products have won the title of national, provincial and municipal quality products, 3 products have obtained UL certification, and more than 20 products are manufactured in accordance with IEC standards.
High-performance phenolic paper laminates have been successfully applied in China`s aerospace engineering, and have received multiple awards from the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics; insulating paint and mica products have been used in the Three Gorges power unit to fill the gaps in China. China's largest three large generator manufacturers: DFDJ motors, HEB motors, and SH motors; vacuum dipping, pouring, and coil winding products are designated and selected by major national projects such as Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, domestic large aircraft, the world's first million-volt transmission and transformation line, and artificial rain enhancement.
