BTTH is one of the rare earth permanent magnet material companies with the richest product types and the most complete product lines in the rare earth permanent magnet material industry. The company's products are oriented to the global market. Among them, sintered NdFeB customers include Bosch, Brose, Siemens Gamesa, Valeo Siemens, Schaeffler, Johnson Electric, CRRC, Volvo, Great Wall Motors, Toshiba, etc. The company's customers for sintered samarium-cobalt permanent magnet materials include Bosch, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Dongfang Electric and other well-known companies at home and abroad.
During the reporting period, BTTH revenue and net profit showed an overall growth trend. In 2017, 2018, 2019, and January-March 2020, operating income was 776 million yuan, 829 million yuan, 891 million yuan and 201 million yuan, respectively. The net profits attributable to the owners of the parent company were RMB 40,788,600, RMB 76,960,300, RMB 73,497,400, and RMB 10.5343 million.
This BTTH will raise 540 million yuan to invest in high-performance neodymium iron boron industrialization projects, high-performance rare earth permanent magnet material production line intelligent transformation projects, high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials R&D center upgrading projects, and supplementary working capital.
