Recently, China's "26th China International Composites Industry Technology Exhibition/China Composites Expo 2020" opened in Shanghai. This exhibition is the world's first large-scale composite materials exhibition this year.

 

After 26 years of baptism, China Composites Expo has become the largest and most influential composite professional technology exhibition in Asia. The exhibition attracted more than 600 exhibitors and tens of thousands of visitors.

 

The ZGFC Composites Technology Group booth is located in the center of Hall 1, focusing on high-strength carbon fibers, wind turbine blades, winding products, special thin felts and composite flooring materials, among which ZFSY's 10,000-ton carbon fiber project has attracted much attention. The project started construction in February 2019. After it is completed and put into production this year, the localization rate of carbon fiber in China's domestic market will be greatly increased, and it will also better meet the requirements of many domestic fields for structural lightweight materials.

 

ZFSY's "T800 ultra-high-strength carbon fiber" won the 26th CCE-JEC Outstanding Innovative Product Award for Raw Materials. The product has been working on key problems since 2015. Based on the existing dry jet wet spinning T800 grade carbon fiber technology, it focuses on fiber defect control, and solves a series of technical problems in the amplification process of 100-ton production lines. The mechanical properties of carbon fiber are further improved and can meet Demand in aerospace and other fields. The launch of this product marks another step forward for ZFSY products to the high-end field.
