The listing document of NBXY Light Alloy Technology Group was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The public offering of no more than 20 million shares is planned to raise 330 million yuan, which will be used for high-strength magnesium alloy precision die-casting production projects and high-strength magnesium alloy precision die-casting technology research and development center.
