In order to solve this problem, YSSH relied on self-reliance in 2016 to build China's first continuous, fully enclosed, ultra-clean, high-grade cable insulation production device. After years of continuous exploration and continuous tackling, it has successfully realized the "one-stop" continuous production of 110 kV cable insulation materials from basic materials to finished products, which is the first in China.

The device can also achieve full-load continuous production from low-density polyethylene base material to cable insulation material, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons.
