Recently, China`s leading manufacturer of magnesium-aluminum alloy precision castings: DGYA Light Alloy Material Technology Corporation ordered a Bühler 6100T die-casting machine, which is expected to be delivered and put into operation in May 2022, and will be placed in a wholly-owned subsidiary ZZYA Precision Manufacturing's production line.
The 6100T super large tonnage die-casting machine ordered by DGYA is the equipment of Buhler brand. Buhler’s 6100T die-casting machine is a mature model. At present, two sets of this tonnage die-casting unit have been put into production in the Vietnam plant of Seojin System in South Korea, mainly for production. Components for 5G communication base stations and battery packs for new energy vehicles.
This set of 6,100 tons of super-large die-casting equipment will be used to produce large-scale precision die-casting integrated products, such as integrated automobile body parts. According to reports, DGYA focuses on the development of the overall integration of automotive products in the field of electric vehicles, and integrates multiple traditional parts through large-scale precision die-casting. The company has carried out industrial layout around this direction, and has been equipped with 4200T, 4000T, 2700T and other die-casting machines of different tonnages.
