The lightweight steel wheel is lighter than the current commonly used aluminum wheel on the market, and the weight reduction is more than 35% compared with the ordinary steel wheel. Take the 28 kg lightweight steel commercial wheels currently produced in mass production as an example. Compared with traditional steel wheels, the weight can be reduced by about 17 kg. If the trailer uses an average of 24 wheels (including spare wheels), the weight can be reduced by about 400 kg, the vehicle capacity can be improved by about 8%, and the fuel consumption per 100 km can be saved by about 2.4 L.
After the commercial vehicle is equipped with lightweight steel wheels, it can effectively reduce fuel consumption, reduce costs, and save energy and environmental protection.
Lightweight steel wheels are lighter in weight and more "lighter" in price
